Prior to joining MacArthur & Company Sotheby's International Realty, Joni was the Top Real Estate Agent at the Hualalai Four Seasons Resort from its inception in 1995 until 2005, and was subsequently Director of Sales at the Kohanaiki Golf & Ocean Club for Discovery Land Company. Joni has amassed more than 25 years worth of valuable experience in resort real estate sales along the Kona Kohala Coast, representing the most successful projects and creating a strong and loyal client base along the way.

Joni specializes in Buyer’s Representation, Listing Agency and Broker Services for luxury real estate at Kukio and the Hualalai Four Seasons Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii. Joni is a member of the National and Hawaii Association of Realtors and the Hawaii Island Board of Realtors, and maintains her license as a Broker.

Devoting her time and energy to a variety of personal, civic and philanthropic causes and supporting the local community through various means rounds out her very active life. Joni has a competitive spirit, with her current focus on triathlon training and participation in sanctioned events throughout the state maintaining her interest. Her age-group competitions include Oahu's TinMan, Na Wahine and Xterra Jamba Juice MountainMan triathlon races, the LavaMan and Honu triathlon races on Hawaii and, finally, the Xterra World Championship off road triathlon on Maui. She has garnered first, second or third place finishes in all of these events.
