Originally born and raised in Utah, I grew up in Salt Lake City. Growing up I always had an interest in building things, antiques, and hot rod cars.. At 18 I received a full scholarship to Salt Lake Community College (Governor's Vocational Education Scholarship). There I received a certification in collision repair.

Upon Graduating in 1989, I went to work for a construction company building large custom homes in Park City Utah. After 3 years of different aspects of building, (specializing in Framing and high end finish carpentry), I was put into a supervision position of home construction. My duties included Meeting Clients needs while assuring great quality control using hands on management approach. After completing my personal house from design to move in, I went to work for myself in the industry.

In 1998 I visited the Big Island and purchased a property. In 2005, I was able to finally make Hawaii my home and bought a fixer house to work on and live in during the building of my dream house here. I spent time gathering knowledge about what works and what doesn't work in construction here. I have put some of these ideas in the fixer house as I have remodeled it. My construction experience led me to establishing a career in real estate.

With extensive knowledge in East Hawaii’s real estate market, I strive to assist my clients with making their real estate transactions seamless. As the former Hawaiian Paradise Park Caravan coordinator, I gained an extensive network industry contacts and familiarity with the region that helps make my transactions flow easier. Currently I work on the Programs Committee with our Local Realtor board Hawaii Island Board of Realtors. My involvement helps me to create a relationship with other Realtors from all parts of the Island keeping me up to date with the Big Island’s real estate market.

I’ve always enjoyed the outdoors. Backing, Hiking and water sports are my favorites. I’ve found the Big Island offers a wide range of venues to enjoy the outdoors. I once had friends visit and we took them up to ski Mauna Kea and out snorkeling all in the same day. Weight training and personal training have earned me national awards and the inspiration to help other meet their fitness goals.
